HELP! Speaker Wire Colors and Polarity

Two problems. For the life of me I can't find two different threads I'm looking for. One is a step by step door panel removal and the other is a run down of what the colors are for the speaker wires and their polarity. I'll continue to look but if anyone could help that would be great.

Also if they are found let's sticky please!!!

I hear that on the fun.....I've nearly given up about three/four times now. Man, my heart still says I'm 20, but my body is another story...
