HELP! Stuck again

Need some help here. 2011 1500 BH that was doing the classic no start, shut off going down the road, fod going crazy dance. research says WIN module. Call Dodge and parts guys says sounds familiar. New WIN and programmed. Doing great two weeks and this morning cold snap and here we go again. No start...get it started and then won't cut off! Everything on the truck turned off with key dash/radio etc. but engine is still running!!!!!!!! Need some direction here. I don't have any funds to go back to the dealer ($179 just to program WIN after I installed in parking lot) so I need to find a direction to begin diagnosing.

Trade it in. At some point the older trucks are diminishing returns and start costing you more than they are worth.
