I installed a new radio and now this part (circled in yellow) no longer works. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also what is it called and how do I order it?2016 Part.jpg

Those buttons are known as the, "instrument panel switch." See here Or at least I have seen them called that many times. Hit up Benny from @AllMoparParts.com in the vendor section if you think you need to order a new switch panel. He's the man! Always hooks us up here at RamForum.

Probably need to pull your dash apart again and see if you pinched or messed up some wires back there.

Those drywall screws in your added on button arrangement are staring me in the face too. Yikes! What are those buttons for? You could actually add them on to the AUX panel if you get the upfitter kit.

Little googling and found this thread that will apply here.

First things first, are you sure you plugged it back in?

they sure dont, BUT if you want to remove the radio trim it sure helps to unplug them
What was implied, is they don't have anything to do with the "new radio", as far as the wiring is concerned. We all know that unplugging the switch panel makes removing it possible and there is always a possibility it was not reconnected or reconnected and not secured (clicked in) properly. There is also a possibility one of the pins on the wire connector was pushed in making a bad connection.

Putting new switches an't going to fix this,
find out what you messed up when you installed the new radio,
does it work?

Did you install what ever those switches are at the same time?
But I guess you have not returned, so why ask in the first place?
