Help with rear lift install

I bought these motofab coil spring spacers for my 2011 1500 for the rear. My question is if it attaches at the top or bottom of the spring? The instructions dont mention that. it is just a 1.5 inch rear coil spacer. thanks!

They go on top of the coil spring and up into the frame.
