Hello fellow members,

I just bought a pair of mint pre-owned OEM running boards for my 11 ram. I wanted to install them today, and have a problem. I got the running boards with all hardware but, I have 2 problems.

I found the wholes (front/rear) that line up perfectly with the wholes in the running board bracket, but thats just what the are, wholes (the shape of a nut) but I think I either need some sort of kit or something to be able to screw in the screws that I have, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

2nd, the running boards seem to have wholes that would screw to the "lip" underneath (see pic), I have 0 holes for those 2 bolts :(

Anyone that could help with some advice or input would be GREATLY appreciated, I really wanted them on :(

You need M8 riv-certs for the nut shaped holes and drill two 1/4" holes for the 'lip.'

I'm pretty sure it's all generic hardware. You can order the M8 riv-certs or see if you can get a hardware kit from your local parts department. No right or wrong way.
