I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn crew cab with the 8.4 Uconnect radio. I have recently been having an issue with the USB hub disconnecting from my Ipod and my android phone. It will work fine, then suddenly ly disconnects. I tried disconnecting the battery, leaving it for 15 min then reconnecting and it worked for a day. I then started using the usb-c port and worked for a day or 2 then started disconnecting again. Any recommendations?
I just ordered a new hub to see If this will work. Anybody have diagrams or info on how to replace the USB hub? Can I get to it by pulling out the radio bezel? Or do I have to take apart the center console? I have the full center console with the sliding cup holders. Thank you in advance for any help.
