I have a 13 Ram 5.7 and it's throwing a cylinder 1 misfire code. I swapped both plugs and the coil to the opposite side of the engine and it's still throwing the same code. Any ideas? I'm praying it's not a lifter failure

How many miles on it? any engine noise? Check Coil Plugs Inejctor and compression If all that checks out 100% its going to be a cam/lifters.

Yeah, you can get a compression tester at OReilly's/Autozone (rent for free) ...and test the compression in that cylinder. Or pop off the valve cover and inspect the rocker movement. Probably do the compression test first.

what did the plug tips look like when you removed them?
