years ago I bought a freshly rebuilt 340 for 75.00 because someone did that exact thing. Couldn't pass it up. Forged pistons, cam etc. all was new

at that price you got options

I have a 2015 1500 Lonestar 3.6L had the same "service electronic throttle control" with p2173 and p0507. Come to find out I had a shop replace my oil cooler and when they did the intake plenum gaskets 1 of them was not seated right. Replaced myself for $38 the intake plenum gaskets in about an hour. Code gone, good idle and no more service electronic throttle control. Of course this is after I replaced the $250 throttle body. But none the less check your intake plenum gaskets if ur still having the issue. Hope this helps anyone.
