Hi guys , my truck makes a weired vibration and a sound at the same time i feel the vibration on my steering wheel and brake pedal it happens when the truck is between 500-650 ish rpm when im nearly at a complete stop or reversing it comes from the driver side in the front i took it to the dealer 3 times they couldnt figure it out they changed my engine mounts and re bolted the exhaust bolts the they said its normal because the did not know how to fix its driving me crazy ! Please help its a 2014 1500 5.7

2 or 4 wheel? 500-600rpms? that's like at idle. Is it moving when it makes the sound or sitting still?
Its a 4x4 it happens on idle and if i just let go of the brakes and if i turn the wheel and if the ac it kinda gets more noticeable

Does the fan belt looks OK? No glazing, smooth spots?
Is it like the engine running rough, like a misfire, at idle or under a small load like the AC or power steering. Pop the hood so you can see the motor at idle and turn on the AC, turn the wheel back an forth and notice any rocking.
I think I read somewhere of the idler pulley, or one of the others, loosening up and you get vibrations at idle but smoother otherwise. If the fan belt is loose you may get some slippage at idle.
