Has anybody applied Herculiner, versus paying to have it done professionally?

Is the money you would save doing it yourself worth the hassle, or best to have it done professionally for alot more money?

The nice thing about paying to have it done is the thickness... It's really hard to build it up when you roll it on even if you do ten coats. The commercial spray guns lay it down pretty thick in a single coat.

Also don't herc your hootus :D

I’ve done a bunch of wood floors in enclosed trailers with it. And it’s awesome for small projects but when it comes to truck beds pay to get it done hands down.

Agree with everyone else. You'd be much better served with having it done. I spent hours prepping and cleaning and using specialty primer to make sure the Herculiner would stick to my boat decks and it didn't make it two years before peeling up. The Line-X I have in my current truck has been pretty rock solid. I have had multiple pallets (not at the same time) of retaining wall stones slid in and out with a fork lift and you can hardly notice.
