Hi Folks this is Otto from The Netherlands,
Last year me and my wife Fenna bought our "Old Betsy": 95 Dodge Ram Van B3500 Xplorer 197 (Xplorer Motor Home Division/Frank Industries, Inc.) because we visit the US every 1 1/2 year (family in San Diego) and we made a really nice trip California and Oregon in september-oktober-november. Next year we will visit the US in march-april-may and are gonna make an other nice trip after visiting the family. When we will arrive in the US we take a Dickinson Newport solid fuel stove with us to build in our Van so cold weather will not cause too much trubble.
The Van came wit a lot of work-order-bills from previous owners and there is only one thing that worries me a bit: in 2021 there was a vehicle-inspection (129.802 Miles) and the mechanic wrote:"upper ball joints in the future".
Question: Can one of you advise me a mechanic in San Diego that can fix these 'upper ball joints'? Thank you!
So far (now 139.500 Miles) we love our "Old Betsy".
Greetings from Europe,
Otto & Fenna
