I bought a set of Xentec 5000k BiXenon HID for my 02 Ram. I am having a little issue with them. I got them all wired up and when i went to go turn on my lights before i put everything back together. All i got was the HID lights flashing and the relay clicking. Did anyone else have this issue? Any thoughts on how i could resolve this issue? I dont want to have to send the kit back if i dont have to

Ok fun time. You will need to get a relay kit to properly connect the HiDs up. I also ran the Xentec HiD kit in my truck but got rid of it due to problems I was having with it. For the relay go here: Mopar Specific HID Relay Harness

And I recommend tis place for true Philips HiD kits: The Best HID Kits - Quality Xenon Headlights - Philips HID Kits Store

By using true Philips HiD kits you can avoid a lot of frustration. My old relay harness is giving me fits now so I also am replacing mine with the one from Retroshop.

Yeah, they have no clue what they need for a harness for these trucks..............

I'd really need to see these "philips" - everything I've seen of them ... well, they dont make rebased HIDs.

Shoot you can tell the difference and the ones from the place I got have the Philips codes on them which allows you to go to the Philips site and check to see if they are from them. Only problem is that the Philips HiD bulbs are a bit longer than the aftermarket ones and you have to either make a spacer or find one online (I had to make one for my headlights). Plus they give you a 5 year warrantee straight from Philips if you register your ballasts and bulbs on the Philips main sites. I have the slim digital ballasts which may be my problem at the moment. But I have to wait until I get off the boat to get my mail and install the new harness so I can see if it is my harness or the ballasts themselves. Only thing I hate about working offshore is all my goodies wait at the post office for me until I get home.
