No. Direct plug and play. Remove bulb replace with new and plug it into factory location.

You have any pictures of the output and/or cutoff? I don't have projectors, so I'm curious if I'd be blinding all the oncoming trafiic lol.

Level remains the same as factory unless adjusted. As for brightness best way to explain is 50 percent brighter than factory. 40 percent dimme compared to canbus style HID. You will not blind other drivers whether you have the the projector style headlights or not. I won't be able to get a good comparison until tomorrow.

We have them running on 15 jeeps gran cherokees, chrysler 300s, and chargers. No Rams as of yet. We tested them on my 14. Shouldn't have any issue. With HID it was a common issue amongst all chrysler, jeep, dodge and ram. So I'm 99.9% positive you will be fine. I can always have the dealership bring over a car to test.

They sell for 150. Absolutely no issues and simple plug and play. I'll work on getting a comparison between the three. I should be able to tomorrow due to it being my day off.

This does sound intriguing.

I dont know if it has been addressed but with all chrysler/daimler vehicles they have an issue with supplying equal power to both ballasts. For it to work you need to run a set of relays and cancellors and you shouldnt have an issue. That being said it also comes down to your supplier and the power of your ballasts. We had to go through 3 different make and style ballasts before correcting the notorious flicker/cutout. We just started testing a new product that is pretty much a HID with an internal ballast. It eliminates the issues. However it isnt as bright as your typical canbus style HID but it is the middleman. Brighter than stock and the bright white bulb replacements but not as bright as HID. They are close but you can see a slight difference.

I think this is the issue I'm having with my 14. My passenger side will start to flicker while I'm driving every now and then and also does it upon initial start up. I've tried the mopar relay harness which prevented the flickering but the issue I had with that was that i would get a "low beam out" message when the lights would try to come on in auto mode while driving and they had to come on. What relay harness are you using?

Here is an idea, is there a way to supplement the canbus adapter power with power from the battery so it always gets 12 volts? That would fix my problem if someone knows how to do that!

For those of you that want to use an HID kit I'll get the exact brand names and setup I use to make it work. For those of you interested in the new LED option I have a few 2014 and 15 Rams coming I'm on Tuesday for some and I'll post a picture of the comparison between stock vs LED vs HID. Bare with me. Thanks for your patience.

Thess, do you know if those LED heat sinks/fans will fit behind the projector dust caps? They looks awfully large from the pics you posted.

I will be testing them out on the 15s on tuesday and will put up some pics. They fit in my 14 and I am not tracking that there are any changes that have been made between the 2. I will confirm on tuesday just bare with me. Thanks guys.

Just an updated guys, so far it seems we have a working solution which has been verified to allow proper function of Fog lights on the 2015 models. Should have more details on the headlights soon as well.
