Hello all.....just installed a morimoto xb35 kit with canbus adapters. Got the hid kit from Amazon and the adapters from retroshop. Having issues with the lights giving me a low beam out signal when I cut the headlights on, which causes both lights to not work. Strange thing is, if I put the headlight switch on auto, they work. Any idea what's going on?

odd that they work on auto and not manually. Wish I could help. I had issues with mine. I tried the relay harness and that did nothing but when I put in the canbus cancelers/resistors it cured my problem. . I can't think of what's different in the auto position. It almost appears that the auto circuit must have just a bit more resistance in it fooling the computer into thinking you have the proper lighting ?

Was taking the headlights out to sell them and decided to try to chase down the issue before I do. Happened to find one of the connections from the bulb to the ballast connect was a little jiggly. Apparently it was connected enough to occasionally work. Decided to tighten everything up and switch it on and voilà, working hids! Of course I find this out when I am removing them......:banghead:
