Do they run a h1 bulb? Is that hi and low on Heads and does that work on fogs

yes my good sir, the ones that jj uses are the morimoto h1 projectors, i used them too and they kick ass.

Projectors are the ****. Drop in kits are spiffy - less money, but in the end.....you just won't get the performance out of them like a projector!
