Hid making signal not work properly

I've had canbus ballast installed since I bought the truck a few months ago no issues. Factory projector. Now I'm having a signal issue. The dealership is telling me that the hids are to blame. Has anyone have/had the same problem? It will intermittently hyper flash and throw up a error message. They unplugged the ballast and told me they couldn't get the same problem. When the plugged it back in also couldn't get it to do the same thing. Any insight would be most helpful

Check with retroshop, I remember another thread with the same kind of problems and Jeremy got him a different kind of ballast or something....

is it just HIDs installed or do you also have LED turn signals as well?

The factory projector with the factory led signals. I only installed the hids. I had a 14 ram same setup no issuse
