Has anyone else had this problem? I'm blinding people with my left head light.

I'm thinking it must be stuck because the high beams are working fine(Quads). Anyone know of an easy fix?

Occasionally my left projector will stick in high mode as well, it will return to normal if I flip the highs again. I kind of look like a tool at night dimming then flashing, but better than leaving that one in high mode

Thanks man, I tried that... Maybe I'll just unhook the power and see if I can get it to come down and then just leave it closed.

If it doesn't release, sometimes a quick tap on the headlight lens will pop it back up.

Well… they were working okay Briefly. Now its back to high beam mode all of the time. I wanted to take these apart and paint them over the weekend but it was just too cold. In the meantime, can I just unplug the projector? Or will that mess up the whole low beam? Again I didn't retro these, so I'm not entirely sure how they are wired. Thanks in advance!

If you open the dust cover behind the high beam bulb, there should be a set of wires coming from the bulb heading into the headlight, this is the trigger going to the projector. Unhook that and the projector will not get the signal to open up, so that projector will stay in low beam mode

I think I hate these projectors… I unplugged the left one, and now the right one is acting up. Oh, well. I think these are the H1's. Does anyone know of a more reliable projector that will fit into the quads? Or is it possible to put a heavier spring in them to force them into low?

to me sounds like theres a bad solenoid inside. I'd take it apart and fix it. Might be binding or something loose or broken in there.

honestly, I never hooked up my high beams specifically for this reason. it sucks to not have high beams bc of something so small and stupid like that, but its whatever.

strap an led light bar on there instead :)

That would work too! Actually, I'm running hids in the highs also so its not too bad. I just liked the light output from all 4 hids in high mode. they're badass!
