Thanks retroshop. Looking forward to putting them in this afternoon. How long did it take some of you?
I have the h11 lows and 9006 fogs.

Guys I got it all hooked up but my driver side fog blinks. It does it at first twice without the truck running then gets solid.
When cranked it constantly blinks no matter what. Only the driver side

Headlights and passanger side fog light are fine? I would do a quick check of all the connections on that drivers side and make sure they're hooked up cleanly.

Yep everything is fine other than that one side. While truck isn't running is lights up fine. Crank truck and that side starts blinking. I'm gonna install the extra harness and see if that is what's up with it. Weird though. Thought it would cause both to blink.

Sorry guys supper was ready. Just went back out and installed the harness for the fogs the only difference is it does not have a capacitor.
That fixed her. No more blink at all

It probably wasn't getting enough power when the truck is actually on.

Sorry about the delay - "tax day" here......and that continues. Freakin' stupid gov't...

Anyway - yeah, these 4th gens are weird on their fogs. I've run a few kits on mine, first set blinked (eBay, no harness). Second kit didn't blink (Retro-Solutions, no harness).

Just odd......some need it, some don't.

Well I needed it and it took all of 15 minutes to install. I'm glad I ordered it though as it turned out I needed it.
For anyone that is reading this I am kind of a thorough installer...
Once I drilled a pilot hole for all of my self tapping ground screw I bought a stainless steel drill brush to clean all of the paint off. Then I screwed down my grounds. Get some regular ole rusoleum black paint and spray back over it after you tighten it all down. This will keep it from rusting where you cleaned off the paint for a good ground.
Thanks JJ for a clean kit. I was very pleased with the kit and how everything turned out. The only thing I would have liked more was a little more length on the fog harness for the driver side hookups.

Exactly where the diagram said too ;)
I do however need to adjust them up. My headlights are way low.

Alright guys, I ran my truck through the wash today and only my right driver side fog light has a good bit of condensation.
What would cause this after the install?
I just took the bulb out and put it back in the bulb seems like it seated well...
Also how do I get the condensation to vacate?

Did you crack anything installing it? Is it a sport or chrome bumper? Best way would be to take it out and let it dry by a dehumidifier.

Not at all. It was an easy take out the factory bulb and install the new hid one... Damn I didn't feel like taking this all off today. Will the condensation go away over time??? What about blowing some compressed air in there?

Uhm. Lol. You can try it but it would literally need to blow the condensation out of it. Wouldn't suggest that on a headlight but on a foglights, ****. Go for it!

Well the good news is... It is gone for now... No water droplets or mist anywhere in there. I reinserted the bulb an made sure I seated it all the way. I'm gonna spray it with the hose and check in an hour to see if it comes back
