Just did cam and lifter replacement and an MDS delete All new fluids and filter as well. K&N filter with mobile 5-20 syn oil. It’s been colder in the morning and my idle pressure is about 60 with it getting to 84 on acceleration. Once it’s plenty warm it goes back to normal. Should I be concerned? I was thinking of changing the filter to see if that does anything.

My Cummins holds about 60 when cold idling and about 40 warmed up idling. It goes a lot higher when cold and I'm accelerating. Sounds normal to me.

I wouldnt be complaining about more pressure less is worse ahaha. However if your going off the dash the sensors go bad often if your for some reason using a FRAM filter yes change the filter.

I wasn't sure if you were serious or not......
Ok......when oil is cold, it is more viscous, i.e. resistant to flow. This will cause your pressure to be elevated until the oil gets warm enough to flow properly. Worry more about what your pressure ranges are when the engine is at proper operating temp.
