Ok so I think this is a fuel issue but I may be wrong . It happens more if I leave my truck and not run it for a week or more . It just turns over 5-6 seconds then starts now it has happened before just sitting for a few hrs or 20 mins . I believe I have a problem with the fuel pump it acts up sometimes .

Now can someone tell me if its

Fuel
Spark ?

Truck has plenty of power but keep in mind she has 197xxx on her. Burns a small amount of oil upon start up . Nothing major .

I do NOT have a plenum upgrade

Please give me some ideas

Battery is new fuel pump yeah I can hear it . If you drive it for a long period of time and you get out with the truck running it sounds like the fuel pump is vibrating the tank cause u can hear the humming of it .

Sounds like your loseing fuel pressure after letting it sit. And if you hear the pump "humming" that loud you prob have an internal leak. I'd start by checking your entire fuel system for wet spots then replace the pump.
