we (dh and I) have a 2012 4x4 2500. It's a love/hate relationship with this truck y'all. Seems like its one issue after another. Right after we got it in May 2018 we had issues with the rocker arms. Three weeks in the shop to fix that. In September a week in the shop for valve covers. Now its not shifting right. When you crank it revs harder than normal then quietens down. It drives fine till 20mph then revs hard again till you hit 50mph. Its fine after that. We have a warranty on it and I'm taking it in to the dealer next week unless anyone can think of something easy it might be instead of the tranny going out. Thanks for any help.

I'd get that baby in for the warranty. Unless the tranny is low on fluid, it sounds like it's letting go.
