How Do I Increase the Voice Prompt With Navigation

I have a 2014 R/T with the 8.4 Navigation. The voice prompt with the 8.4 Navigation is too low. How do I adjust the volume? I have the speed adjust already set.

You turn the volume knob while the voice prompt is speaking, same for nav or phone calls. Each “volume” is separate and will go to the last setting you had it
