As long as you're changing your oil every 5000 miles, almost any car today will last to 200, 000, or even 300,000 miles. I just sold my 2007 Dodge Soccer Mom with 207,000 miles, and I beat that thing like a rented mule.
I read a book a while back from the Car Talk guys, and what one of them stressed is that YOU be happy with the car. I.E. does it still appeal to you, run well, etc. Don't let little things go like rattles, or dents or scratches because they add up and overall ruin your opinion of your vehicle. It's way cheaper to paint a car versus buying a new one.
I think you should enjoy your truck to the fullest. Adding $1000 or $2000 worth of mods is still more cost efficient than buying a $50,000 truck and have it lose 10% of its value as soon as you drive it off the lot.
