I am wondering how much fluid I will need for a PML Differential Cover for 9.25" Rear? and what brand is good.
Was thinking something relatively cheap since I would be replacing it in 500 miles and then switching to royal purple.

So how fluid would I need for the rear and the front gears ?

I have the motive 4.56, with the master install kits. the new lsd. and going to get some gasket sealant and the fluid.

Do I need anything else?

I can't wait to do the gear swap

Stock fluid capacity is 4.5 pints with 4oz of friction modifier and the PML pan requires .7qt over stock. That makes it 2.95qt + 4oz friction modifier. Pick up 3 quarts and you're good. Use any 75W-140 gear oil, since you're planning to change it out after the gear break in just get the cheapest stuff there. Make sure you use the friction modifier though.
