Following this as I have same year and audio system. I do know some have upgraded the dash and doors with Kicker speakers and get great results.

tap into the rear speaker wires on the b-pillar, run your power wire to the rear and add whatever sub fits.

A subwoofer always adds a lot of depth to a stock non subwoofer setup.

Kicker makes a great setup for adding a sub

Can you link to the box you got, on amazon? Also, i know you said you upgraded all your speakers, so this is a bit hit or moss, but do those 10's give you the bass you were looking for? Is it subtle, or something more like bang bang in the back if you really wanted it to be? What's the RMS ?

I have a 2018 Big Horn with 6 speaker system. Like you, I want a subwoofer but I don't want complication or to spend $500 to $1,000. I've decided to get a powered subwoofer that fits under the seat or behind the back seat.

Here's three I've zeroed in on:
Cerwin Vega vpas10
Kicker Hideaway
Rockville USS8

They're not going to set off the alarms on parked cars as you drive by them but they will give you plenty of bass.

I'm thinking the Rockville as it's the least expensive and smallest, but has good specs. It doesn't come with a heavy gauge power wire, ground wire, or fuse (neither does the Cerwin Vega). Also will need some speaker wire and some way to tap into the rear speaker wires, like Scotchlok 952 T-tap connectors and their male counterpart connectors. So there's another $10 to $15 expense.

Easiest way to do it is to tap into the rear speaker wires using those Scotchlok connectors and select the switch for the high level input on these amps.

There's several threads on here discussing this sort of thing.

I might install it myself or for $99 have Best Buy Geek Squad do it for me.

If going to install behind the seat, the back seat mod is essential. I'm going to do the back seat mod tomorrow.

Rockville Dual 10" Sub Box for 2002-2015 Dodge Ram Crew/Quad/XCab/1500/2500/3500 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018TYPCG0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_KvuqBbRB5SF0F

Subs I bought at Walmart for like 18$ a piece...

It's not gonna be heard down the street but it's perfect for what I was looking for... Aka loud enough that it will hurt my ears but deep enough bass that I can feel it while driving....

SCOSCHE LOC2SL Car Stereo 2-Channel Adjustable Amplifier Add-On Adapter in Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LIAHSM4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_KzuqBb3QKVDD9

This is the loc I used and tapped both speaker wires together and then used the wires off the b pillar beside the driver's seat....

Ginsco 67pcs 24-10 AWG Quick Splice Solderless Wire and T-Tap Electrical Connector Assortment Kit with Case https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L74LNCG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_hBuqBb23P95KN

Used the clips to splice into those wires and ran everything to rear seat then cleaned it up
