How to shut off the screen???

Hey all,

As I am riding during night time, I am wondering how to shut off the screen in the middle. I know there's a little roller on the side that can Dime the screen but it will never shut off like a real tv? What is up with that? It seriously bothers me.

Any advice?

My wife's fusion is that way too, really all you can do is dim it low.

It really grinds my gears. Pretty sure I can shut off my phone or my tv once I am done using them. How come I can't do the same with this screen? I have been looking for the perfect machine my whole life.

Just played with the system and it's amazing how you can switch the display theme. No need of shutting her down anymore.

Pretty sure it is. I bought it with navigation and the screen is enormous.

There should be a button on the bezel "screen off", that will turn the screen off but won't shut the radio off. To many things are controlled by the radio to be able to turn it off.

Yes for area 705 and yes for where it says screen off.
It will kinda shut it down but not completely shut it down like a tv lets say. No biggie lol
