If you plan to go much bigger with the tires, you may want to consider regearing your axles. What gears do you have now and how big of a tire do you want?

Welcome to the forum . I would look into SuperChips over SCT . Also I agree with Randy ...gears are the key to retain power after larger tires are installed .
I run 4:10 gears with 37.13-50 tires with no issues . I also have the SC tuner that I have the trans tune that has helped me out greatly .

I'm not sure that the first gen 4.7 is going to much care for 35" tires even with the 3.92's unless you can squeeze a few more ponies out of it. If you went with 33's, I don't think it will be a big deal with the gears you have if you do a few mods like exhaust, CAI and a tuner.

I have 33's and 3.92 gears with my 2004 4.7. No way would I go any further without a regear.
