I just installed mine last week, and I've noticed no difference. I've upgraded the firmware, and called tech support.
Fingers crossed, I didn't get screwed!
Roundlight's review is exactly why we do not even offer the Interceptor. I have yet to have a customer call us with positive results from this "tuner".
Now that Diablo is out for the 2013's, it is hands down the best tuning option for your truck. Add the Hemifever tuning on top of that, and you will be grinning from ear to ear.
Sorry about that. I saw the 2013 listing under your name and didn't even notice that you also had a '14 in your sig. There is not a true tuner for the '14s yet. Save your money on the Interceptor and put it towards some other supporting mods until a real tuner is available. I would start off with a catch can, intake, and ported throttle body. You already have the Mufflex kit, so that would complete your basic airflow mods.
I talked the Hypertech Tech support, and they really helped me out.
I found that, after some adjusting of the squishy object behind the steering wheel (ME!) I changed my MPG from 18 to 22!
I'd say the Interceptor is doing what I wanted. I'll pay it off, in gas savings, within 2 months or so.
