I have a 2011 Ram 1500 5.7. Fuel pump doesn't stop.

You would likely need to bypass TIPM easy answer, replace TIPM other option. Test TIPM..

it sounds like someone bypassed the TIPM possibly the wrong way pop the cover and see if you have a wire going from one fuse to another.
