Ok gang, the Killer Bee is still under consrtction as I finish up before I reveal it. I have a few questions as far as audio goes. Personally I dont really mind my stock setup as I mostly hear my engine...lol. But since I am in fact doing construction I might as well, replace the factory door speakers. My full exhaust coupled with my cherrybomb makes for a loud rumble. I guess it would be nice to hear some music for a change....lol. I do not want subs, and dont want to change my headunit. I just want aftermarket speakers with more clarity/sound. This is my last priority, but my wife says I might as well. All suggestions are appreciated. All the Way, Airborne!!

Infinity Reference, Alpine, Hertz, Focal are all good mid-priced speakers to go listen to.

I just installed sound ordinance (crutchfield house brand) 6.5 components all around and really like them. I was very skeptical but they are 50 bucks shipped per pair with mounting gear so I took a flyer. Not the highest end component but better than infinity coaxials.

New speakers will help some but if you don't have the premium deck personally I wouldn't expect too much. On my 05 I had the basic 4 speaker am/FM CD player and of course it sucked. I put in the RB1 (a premium deck) and it sounded much better even with the stock speakers
