Information for correct wire harness plug to 4x4 selector switch

Hi,
New member here looking for some information Help in locating either correct wire harness plug, Switch, or determination I have the correct parts.

• 2016 Ram|1500 | 4X4 | 5.7 | Longhorn, Laramie, Limited | Dash panel Selector |Automatic

The harness is part #68261445AA and the switch # is P56054275AG . According to the dealer these are the correct components. For the life of me I cant find the plug from the harness that fits into this 4X4 selector switch. With one exception...There was a Green plug mounted into a dummy receptacle in the dash. this does fit into the switch but it only has three wires going to it. The switch receptacle has many more terminals in it. Is this the correct one? Do I need a jumper? I have attached a few pic's.
Hope I can get some help with this soon.
Some background, Replacing stolen ULX9 interior with same. Dash is from 2018 1500, harness is from what was in it when received (but correct part #) nothing has been cutout or molested in anyway on the harness. Switch is new.

The green connector goes to the transfer case switches, and only 3 wires is correct. The connector you’re holding in the middle the 3, the one with the oval looking outer shell, is for the transmission selector dial. The other one, I believe, is for the trailer brake switch.

Oh man Mr Jimmy! If this all true it sounds like I'm in good shape! You have made my day sir. I've been struggling with this all week and couldn't get a for certain answer. Now I can set this dash without having to worry about pulling it again to correct something. Thanks again!
