Install a Remote Start?

I have a 2011 Ram that didn't have keyless entry but I did have a shop install one earlier this year. Would it be best to have the shop install a Remote Start or can any online work? Just wanna same some money.

I can't answer your question but, just an FYI...
A friend got a remote start put in his F250 a few yrs ago. One day in Winter weather, he started it from his home. Less than 5 minutes later, he watched his truck "remotely" drive away, never to be seen again. It happens.

what I would like to know if there is a way to disable that remote start? bumped my key fobe in pocket and truck started.
