Just wondering if I fitted these correctly. The fronts seem to sweep backwards for some reason, I am thinking this is normal due to the shape of the fender and liner?

Other observation I noticed was that the instructions call for a piece of the front mudflap to be tucked inside the front wheel well liner. If you look carefully you can see that this piece is making contact to the lower rocker panel, so over time may wear the paint off in a critical area. I will have to remove and apply some 3m paint protection, like I have in other areas of the stock fixtures of the truck.

With my Mopar HD rubber flap, the tab front with the bolt/nut is behind the liner.

Also, I had to leave the plastic piece that cover the bottom of the fender/rocker panel because that area wasn't protected. It shifted the flap a little, but at this point they are doing their jobs and it doesn't look that bad.

Wondering if the plastic piece protecting the rocker is smaller on pre 2015 model.

Oh yes, I tried it with or without that piece also, I think they call them the spats or something. You are right, without them on, there was a gaping hole going into the floor sill rocker area.

I wish there was something that we could apply over the hole , perhaps even over the mudflap some sort of material that would effectivly make the mudflap a one piece design. Even with spat piece on which I left on as per my pics, the area is not still fully weather proof.

From what the dealership told me the pre-2013 model had a different piece in that area. It could explain why if they modeled the flap on a pre 2013 that were having fitment issue. The install sheet that came with mine was dated 2010 iirc so it would make sense.
