Installed My Magnaflow!!! :)

Well, after months of pondering what muffler to install, I purchased a 18" Magnaflow from Moe's, and had it installed today. So far, I am really pleased with it. It is quiet at idle, so i won't annoy the neighbors. While cruising there is no drone, and you don't know it is really there, as I can still keep my radio volume at 10. Only when you step on it, do you really hear it. I still think even though I don't hear it much, those that are outside can hear me go by. I must say, I wish I would've done this with previous truck, as it had a Thrush (knockoff Flowmaster) and all it did was drone at 55-60 mph, and you could feel the floor vibrate pretty good.

I agree with you on the 18" Maggy. It is just an all around great muffler for both sound when you want it but still comfortable in the cab.

I love my 18" manga flow wish at times I went 14" but for now I love it.

I have Magnaflow muffler on my car, and so far I love it. The sound is a bit loud but not harsh, and no drone at all.

^ Me too! All mandrel-bent, stainless Magnaflow setup with 20" resonator on my car. LOVE the sound.
I need boss' permission to do this mod though, and I'm a bit worried about sound bouncing off the front of our trailer while towing, as we like to cruise with the rear window open.
