Installing power seats into a non power seat truck, ran into a snag

I bought a pair of black leather power seats with memory at the mopar nats a couple years back. (They have Laramie tooled into the back below the headrest so I'm guessing 2014 or newer) I had no problem getting the PS seat to work. (I'm not interested in the heat/cool function at this point, just movement) All I get from the DS is a twitch or jerk. The lumbar works fine. Any thoughts on what might be holding me up? BYW, these are going into my 92 CTD project.
