Thank you I have a alfa obd and obdlink mx I will go to car-part.com and once again thank you.A dealer most likely won't and it's not a part you can order from a Mopar parts dealer. But yes you can. Search in car-parts.com or local pick and pulls. It's a direct plug and play swap. You'll want a 2014-2018 cluster. You'll need to have it programmed to match your mileage and hours. There are a few companies that can do it, a member on here has the capability or alphaobd ($49 app in Google play store) paired with the obdlink mx bluetooth obd2 reader (~$60 Amazon)

Yes you can install an auto dim rearview mirror and enable the code with the Alpa tool. You can also install the Auto dim/auto high beam mirror. We have pretty much figured out every option on the 4th gen. Depending on what options your truck currently has you may need to install a new mirror harness. If your truck came with the RA2 or higher radio you should have the correct harness already.I have a stupid question so please bear with me I new to this stuff I want to upgrade my rearview mirror from manual dimming to auto dimming can I do this with obdlink mx with alfa obd?????
Yes I have a RA2/Ucounect and I do have a auto dim/auto high beam mirror with assist and 911 buttons on it. What do I need to look up on Alpa tool.Yes you can install an auto dim rearview mirror and enable the code with the Alpa tool. You can also install the Auto dim/auto high beam mirror. Are you sure you have an auto high beam mirror? They are listed incorrectly all the time. For a guide to enable the correct mirror codes refer to the first post in the Alfa thread under (Known Working Codes) and follow the directions there. This is a pic of an Auto Dim/Auto High Beam mirror. If you don't have the camera looking lens like the one in the pic it's not an Auto Dim/Auto High Beam mirror it's just a standard Auto Dim mirror which is also fine. Since you have the RA2 radio the soft button to turn the Auto Dim on and off may not appear like it does on the RA3 and RA4 8.4" radios but it should turn on by default.Yes I have a RA2/Ucounect and I do have a auto dim/auto high beam mirror with assist and 911 buttons on it. A list of all the known working codes and how to activate them is listed in the first post of the Alfa OBD thread. This is a pic of the code for the auto dim (Electro Chromatic) mirror. You can also install auto dim side mirrors if you have the auto dim rear view mirror.I have the auto dim mirror only.

Will this work on a 2009 Ram 1500? I to was told I can't, and I have the 3.5" EVIC display.
