Does anyone know if they have a performance intake manifold for a 2008 Ram 1500 hemi motor? I cant seem to find one anywhere. Is the factory one good enough and they decided that there isnt a point in upgrading?

Edelbrock doesn't make one for the 5.7 ?

I personally wouldn't spend extra for an already performing engine like the Hemi but I no longer race. Lol

I doubt stock hood would hold a high rise intake anyway.

I have a different hood on my truck now and its fiberglass and it does sit lower then the factory hood so yeah, your right. I figured the factory intake was good enough. I have alot of other mods on there anyway.. Thanks..

No, the one you have is optimized for your engine and (just as important if not more so) it's packaging. Trying to convert to anything else requires major alterations on a 3rd gen.

Edelbrock does, but it is designed for the Eagle and Apache engines. Discounting the fact that the manifold isn't that high...have you seen how cavernous these engine bays are lol? They hold a Viper engine no problem lol. Biggest worry is the area above the manifold/below the windshield.
