So I've been noticing this for a while but today I really noticed it. While going up a hill I had my cruise set at 45 but the speed dropped below 40 until the top of the hill when my rpm went up and my speed got back up to 45. In comparison my R/T would maybe drop below the set speed by 1 or 2 mph but almost instantly the rpm would go up and it would maintain set speed or even go above set speed a little. Is my cruise control messed up? Or is it due to the different torque converter, gears, transmission tune, wheel and tire size, and extra weight on the new truck vs the R/T?
