Is my truck leveled?

I just bought this truck yesterday, and I'm embarrassed to say that I am not sure if the truck has already been leveled or not.

It has 305/55r20 NTG's

Front is stilling at 38" & back is at 39" from ground to wheel well.

probably has been. I know theres more than an inch difference between my F&R and I'm not leveled.

Looks like it, mine had over 2" higher rearend...crawl under, see if shock s are OEM and springs.

that looks level.

look for a spacer on top of the strut, or look for bilstien shocks ( silver in color )
