Issue with a 2004 dodge ram 5.7

So my nephew has this 5.7 hemi, the problem run really rough, constant like white smoke.
He bought the truck the guy said it jumped timing. So we put it in a scanner the crank solenoid was bad so replaced that and the timing chain. Those codes went away, but now throwing codes for ignition coils a though c. I recorded a video of how it runs.
I have been a ram guys few years, born into the the Mopar raised Mopar. But this has a familiar issue to me but not sure what's worth or could be wrong. Was told might have a bent or broken valve, but the engine is not ticking or knocking or anything of the sort. Any thoughts welcome.

Best case scenario busted valvespring(s). Worst case scenario dropped valve seat(s).
