Issues with audio, only AM works

So I've had the sound go out and come back periodically all day today. Happens with radio, XM, and media. Now the media says not connected even though it worked earlier today. Anybody have any ideas?

Stock system with kicker OEM speakers installed, 3 weeks old on the 18 sport.


Edit: only AM works, FM will play for a few seconds then shut off. XM doesn't play at all and media says not connected.

No, but seems AM works just fine, just nothing else.

man, I hope mine goes out, so I have an excuse to upgrade my stereo to my wife. LOL

AM working but FM and XM not could point to something with the antenna. The media input not working leans towards the USB bus. I wonder if FM, XM and USB all share the same input circuit with AM on its own?

As a 2018 it’s definitely under warranty.

Well the FM plays for a few seconds then cuts out, XM doesn't do anything at all.

So i went by the dealership and they were baffled, said to drop it off next week. I left and stopped to get something to eat, and when getting in my truck to leave everything works again....wtf?? I've no idea but they said to see if it happens again ... lol
