It's Official, a new RAM owner!!!!

I was looking at G8 to replace my supercharged regal, but why. When a truck at this point would be more useful and offer even more room. Then after driving my friends 2012. I was SOLD!!!
So I've been on the hunt for almost a year and finally found one I couldn't pass up.

Now I need it to get here ASAP.


I also have a Supercharged, Intercooled (lots of mods) Grand Prix as seen in my sig. I've been in the car scene for a long time. These rams seem like another great platform to mod.

Dealer pics, its being picked up in Tennessee, hopefully will get it sometime this week.

Heck NO! I was waiting to see what the SS (Holden) looked like. I actually like the front of it, but it loses me at the back. The G8 looks so cool from the back IMO.

I am SO not a Camaro fan. Buying the G8 makes sense. It was only brought here for 2 years, and it's a 4 door. I have two VERY young kids and it just makes sense.

It's going to be my toy... Let the modding begin once the truck is here and I've sold my F150. :***: <<not the most P.C. emoticon!!!

The Chevy SS is nice and in a huge improvement over the G8 but it's going to be way overpriced.

I don't see the huge improvement honestly. It's a Chevy and looks like the rest of them IMO. The front of the G8 isn't perfect, but man I love the back. The SS will be 45,000+ I think and it just doesn't make sense as a DD in the Midwest for that kind of money.

Welcome to RF. Any plans for the truck?

First thing is exhaust. Hemi's sound great. Then just little things here and there. Maybe a tune after a while. Not going to go all out like my GTP. This will be my daily driver.

Nice truck, I love the color! Exhaust is an awesome mod with a Hemi, I have the Mufflex 18" and I couldn't be happier. No welding, no cutting, just a couple of clamps and done
