Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Just traded in my "wonderful" gas conscious '13 Hyundai Sonata for a new toy. I put 39,000 miles on it in 18 months so it served me well. My commute has drastically shortened though and no longer need the hamster powered car.

I was a member over at ChargerForums for several years and I have had the itch for a Hemi for awhile. With purchasing a home this past year I also discovered an actual need for a truck. That need is what I used to sell the fiance on coming back to Hemi land.

I got what I believed to be a decent deal on a used '14 Express Crew Cab in Blue Streak Pearlcoat. This is the first "loud" color I've ever owned, and I love it. I discovered water in the cab today, of course my luck. I am going to take off the third brake light and fix that ASAP.

I got pretty much the truck I wanted, within my budget, and couldn't be happier. I already have LEDs ordered for the interior, Westin 4" Nerfs, tailgate assist, and checking out the options on a roll up cover. I'm also planning to plasti-dip the emblems and wheels. I am currently stuck between blacking them out and anthractie gray. Opinions?

That's enough for now, just wanted to say hello to all!

Welcome aboard!
A think bead of silicone or butyl will seal the pesky 3rd brake light, but remember you may need to remove it to change a bulb in the future, so don't go nuts lol

Thanks everyone!

Looking for opinions. Black or Metal Gray for the logos and wheels. The nerf steps I ordered are Westin 4" and in black. I really like that look of the anthracite gray but not sure about it with the black step bar. I thought I saw someone post a photoshop of this blue with gray rims but I couldn't find it with search.

My cousin has that same color and it looks great in person. One thing that you can do is plasti dip the front and rear ram emplem and and get black wheels. If you go black and blue it'll look nice

I'm going for the black and red theme and it's really easy to black out the emblems.

I love the anthracite color so much, but I think you may be right about just blacking them all out. I'm installing black step bars so I think that plus grey would clash.

Awesome man, do you still have a Charger? Looking back at my album made me miss it so much. I however am loving my new Ram. The modding bug has got me again already, which I haven't really done since I sold my Charger.

Nah. I sold the charger in 2011 for my Powerwagon. I have a 392 now though.
