Key Fob problems 2015 Ram 1500

Hey all. My key fob on my 2015 Ram 1500 isn’t working and just replaced the battery and is still having same problems. Took apart and cleaned the contacts. The key will still start vehicle but that’s all. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

If you are talking about you lock/unlock buttons, try rebooting you RF hub.

My fob (s) some times won't start my (2012) Turn to start and nothing happens. I mean NOTHING no dash,buzzers etc. Fobs both have new battery's. I checked the old one out of curiosity to see if dead. They were OK but still put in new. I've been on You-tube the guys say this is happening a lot. but no one has a reason why or how to fix.
My dealer has neve heard of this issue. Any One Have info??

Well I have good news AND Bad news on this issue. After being at dealer 3 times with this issue. They said never heard of this or could duplicate. (of course Not)
Finally they did what they said was a PIN test. And guess WHAT ,there was some that were bad.
They replace the whole ignition an 2 new keys. So far all is good..Now for the BAD NEWS.. $800.00 . Still cheap enough from being stranded during a blizzard.​
