Recently lost my key and I only had one I don’t have a key at all now my pickup is sitting in a field right now and I can’t get it home wondering how I can program a replacement key and if this is even possible I don’t have any original or old key with me

Yes.

I'm not sure what year truck you have. I'm on my phone, so can't see you profile or signature info, but

If up to 2015, you'll need AlfaOBD or Jscan, and an OBD Link MX+.

If 2016+, you'll need the above plus a security bypass module/cable.

Both AlfaOBD and Jscan are capable of pulling your RF hub PIN#, deleting all the existing keys and then programming new keys.

You don't need a existing key to do it.

Or, you can call a mobile locksmith.

Buy OEM keys.

It’s actually 2018-later that need the bypass cable. Yes, it was a relief that I didn’t have to use it in the ‘17 when I did up a couple of fobs for it.
