Seeing that there is no fuse box in the interior, is there something I can tap into under the dash for constant power and keyed power? I want to install a blinking LED in the area I have circled in this picture and I need get power, both constant and keyed from close by. I just want to make sure I don't tap into anything critical, like an airbag wire or something computer related.

Also, this is not my picture. I swiped it from Google images.

You can probably pull the power off the back of the radio easily enough, I'm guessing this blinking LED is for a simulated vehicle "alarm" ?
Your Outdoorsman should have the Vehicle Anti-Theft system enabled. Once the truck is locked up, within about two minutes you'll see a flashing LED just above the needle in the the speedometer needle. If it's not enabled, I think people have successfully enabled it with AlfaOBD.

I'll check that out, but if there is one... it's not very bright. I have the "fake car alarm" in my wife's Explorer and you can see it half way down the driveway, LOL. I leave my cars in the driveway overnight, every night, so I just wanted a little bit of a deterrent. I know a real thief doesn't care about a little blinking light, but we have had several local incidents around here where teenage kids go around and look for cars with unlocked doors, so that they can steal change and cell phone chargers and what not. I lock my doors 99% of the time.... sometimes I just have things on my mind and forget. The "fake car alarm" turns itself on every time you shut the key off.
