2010 2500 with air/heated seats. Kicker Amp DOES fit under the seat in my year.

I just installed the sub, (haven't removed the stock one yet).

I have the Alpine setup so I tapped into the two wires from the 16 pin connector off the Alpine amp.
(gray wire with a brown stripe and the green wire with the brown stripe.)

The sub is working, though its heavy distorted.

I have replaced dash (infinity) and rear (kicker 6x9) speakers which are very very clear.

Anyhow, the settings are 0 for bass, 3 for mid and 5 for treble.

That sub is so badly distored..

What settings do u folks have your settings at??

BTW I toned out my wiring everything is right, no verse polarity issues.

I have been around amps and subs for years, but this is un-listenable.

Help!
