You're all set, you can go up 3-4" full turns clockwise on the adjusters. What's your spring rate ?,It's printed in the coils, you can see the numbers there underneath the res hose in your picture below. can you post the value?
Adjusting is super easy, now days i can do both sides in around 30 minutes cause i've had to adjust them several times, mostly sag every time i add more weight because of mods. Last time heavier bumper than the one i had before + winch. I'm at the limit of my 500lbs coils. literally i have mostly only 1 maybe 2 full turns left in my CO's and then i'm out of threads to keep going up. If i add an skid plate i'll need heavier coil springs to maintain the same height as i should not add more preload in my CO's thatn what i currently have.
I've posted how to adjust the King CO's before, but you may need couple more tools than just the spanner King includes with the kit. i had to cut a 5/16 puch to overcome this issue below of res hose blocking the spanner from turning.
Check post#143 here in my build thread. Easy peasy

To do this yourself, just lift the truck from the crossmember for example and put 2 jacks under there or lift one side, either way the main idea is to remove the wheel and allow the side you're working on to droop without having tension in the LCA, so put your jack in the cross member. I use 2 jacks cause my driveway sits at an incline so i'm always a little more paranoid of having more than one jack under there at all times
This pic is for illustration only, you don't have to remove your res to adjust your CO's.

So Remove wheel in full and support the front by the crossmember
loosen up pinch bolt in the CO, one full turn and no more.
Turn your adjusting collar clockwise to go up, you can use the pinch bolt as a reference to know you did a full turn every time .
When you done with all the turns you wanted/needed tighten the pinch bolt (snug it up, don't overtorque)
put your wheel back up and repeat on the other side.
Take the truck to the alignment shop and get her aligned.
This video would give you a better idea if you never done this before. Same concept of what we need to do to adjust our Kings CO's
