"Laramie" Badge Font? Trying to Match for Project

Just wondering if any of the gurus might know what the font is..I went through Word and the closest is Arial Black but the spacing in the A is too big and the letters arent Bold enough or short enough..
Wondering if theres a name for it or I need to find someone to recreate it.

I think it's antique olive. someone posted one called "OPTIFlare" and it looks really close.

FYI the 'LARAMIE' and 'RAM' appear to be the same typeface.
