All warlocks are Classics right? Uconnect 4c? If it's a UAS (without NAV) I have the latest 40.1. The UAQ (with NAV) say it 18-21 years.

Mine did an OTA update in March. Took almost an hour. I've never seen it do it before so I documented every stage.

Is this a mod radio from a different vehicle type?
No. It's a 2018 Limited that I got from a Ram dealer in 2019 with 1300 miles on it. It was completely stock original, even with the leather care tag and original window sticker. I even had to wait for them to perform the welding of the jamnuts for the recall. I have no reason to believe it is a different radio from stock.

Safety Recall VE2 / NHTSA 19V-886 Rear View Camera

The Rear View Camera image on about 20,400 of the above vehicles may linger until a drive cycle ends. If the rearview image is displayed after the backing event has ended, a driver may be distracted by the image which can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. The condition above fails to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 111, “Rear Visibility”

It's a 5 without nav
As in "Uconnect 5", or as in a 5" uconnect?
In the first case, you might have more luck in the 5th gen forums, in the second case, I don't think anyone tracks teh 5" uconnect. I've only really seen people discuss updates to the 8.4" on here.

This^^^I might actually have the latest for the UConnect 5 but I'm not sure and it's untested if so...

Yeah that's what I came across too but everything references 2018-2019 Chrysler Pacifica. That's what prompted my question to @18CrewDually...maybe it's just a canned message that goes out with the shared firmware regardless of recall applicability?

I'm not sure if I got an update or something else happened, I need to go check the current version. However, when I got in my 2018 Laramie today, I had the Nav button on my screen. I've had the truck since new, but did need to have the radio swapped a couple of years ago after it locked up installing an OTA update, but have never had the Nav button. Doing a little research seems to say you can enable it on any of the 8.4 units. I, however, did not and I can't seem to move the Nav button off the main icon bar. Anybody else see this? Looks like it's a 2022 version.

Software Ver: 22.32.10
Application Ver: NN-IR-22.66.0-20220808-I0H1
Bootmicro Ver: 18.41.01

Tried calling UConnect, but of course they are closed.

Thanks

I'll check my version tomorrow. I have a pic of the old version but never looked to see the new one. Mine always had the Nav.
